House #50: First Contract

November 12, 2013 · 1 comment

House #51 has been listed for just over a month, and the early feedback was that it was overpriced (we’re getting into the slow time of the year for house sales and it’s getting cold in Milwaukee, where this house is). So, we did two quick price drops over about 2 weeks, and over the weekend, we negotiated a very reasonable offer.

The buyers have 2 weeks for their inspections and we’re scheduled to close in mid-December. I’ll have more to say once we get through the inspection period…

Stay thirsty my friend. There is/used to be an awesome restaurant in Milwaukee that served the best bloody marry’s of all time.

I hear Milwaukee has a pretty good/stable market, yes?
