House #36: Done! Pictures!

December 8, 2012 · 4 comments

Wow! It’s been 5 months since we purchased The WI-1 House and about 4 months since we started rehabbing (the first month was spent getting drawings and permits). This is by-far the biggest and most expensive project we’ve done, with rehab costs coming in at over $120,000. But, the transformation is amazing, and I’m thrilled to say that we completed the house this week and it’s currently listed for sale.

As a reminder, here are the BEFORE pictures of this house:

I bet you will! Good luck…..Now that I have sold my first rehab I am having a tough time finding another deal in my area….Slim pickings right now…..I have been working with just one agent so it may be time to open it up a bit……
