New Business Cards

May 20, 2009 · 7 comments

I mentioned last week that we were using the site 99Designs.com to generate designs for our new marketing signs and business cards. Much like our logo contest, the results were amazing, and we received a number of fantastic entries.

After selecting a winner, we received the card and sign designs, and did a small bit of modification to suit our specific tastes. While the final marketing signs haven’t been created, we just ordered our new business cards.

Here’s mine:

The BC looks awesome! Isn’t it amazing how much time one can spend just trying to design a business card? Having the logo made for you must have helped alot.

Having a couple finished pics of your properties on the back of the card is a brilliant idea!

This post reminds me that I need to order some new biz cards- I’m running out.

They look great, btw.

Thanks everyone…appreciate the nice feedback!

Let me recommend GotPrint.com for the cards…it’s amazingly cheap and fantastic quality…

I have to say I think its silly to say your price point on the back of the card.

I know its too late to say this but if you have your price range on the card it will make people who are selling you cheep houses want more money and it will make people think that you do less expensive houses.

If you ever do flip more expensive houses or apartment buildings I just don’t think its a good thing to have on there.

Anyway, just my thoughts (I know there a little late but better late then never!)

Alex -

Currently, the only significant number of buyers in this market are at that specific price-point. So, we’re not focusing on houses any more expensive than that.

Once we move up to higher-priced houses, our entire marketing strategy will change, including our business cards.
