Our 99Designs logo contest ended last week, and after receiving over 150 entries from 30+ designers, we were not only thrilled with the results, but we were conflicted over which logo to declare as the winner…
After much discussion, debate and feedback from others (thanks everyone!), we finally picked a winner:
We’re not yet sure of the color we’ll go with (we’re considering blue, red or green, as well as the original brown), but we love the mark and the font treatment.

That design was definitely my favorite. It really speaks “exceptional” to me. Congratulations!
Kudos–this was my favorite, too. Are you going to put a sign or banner in front of the houses that you are working on: “another home brought back to life by Lish Properties”, or something like that, in order to promote your “brand”?
