After all the drama on The Rent-Back House, I think things are finally resolved…
The 2nd lien holder today agree to accept the $2800 payoff (instead of $4300), and the sellers want to close in 48 hours! So, we’re trying to get this one closed on Thursday of this week…
So, I’ve decided to revert The Rent-Back House to House #39, and move The Next-Door House to House #41 (that one should be closing next week).
Sometimes blogging about all these houses is more complicated than actually rehabbing them…and rehabbing them isn’t easy! 🙂
