Nope, that mold is very isolated — the water heater and furnace sit behind the wall and the water heater was leaking. That sheetrock will be torn out, the water heater will be replaced, and it will be good as new!

The tile in the basement is vinyl, so no issues there. And the bedroom will be situated where there is already an exterior door (walk-out basement), so no additional egress needed.
It seems like this is a good deal for you, nice one!
trim the tree on the lower left and right side to show more of the house for presentation. Looks like the kitchen will be need to redone a little more than the other rooms. Paint and new shutters, is my guess but i could be wrong

We’re doing a whole lot more than that — the entire house is being completely remodeled…including finishing the basement and adding a second bathroom.
