Looks great! Kitchen looks a little different than some of your other projects – no backsplash? And no hood or microwave over the stove? Do you think these items were not necessary for this house / area / price point?
I go back and forth myself on some of these items in my own rehabs….
This house was on the lower-end of what’s listed in that area, so we skimped on things like backsplash. As for no microwave, that was the result of the kitchen layout and not having enough space above the stove to mount it. We’re hoping our buyers don’t notice… 🙂
Hey mr. Scott, i have noticed in some of your rehabs you use the same cabinets and counters in both the bathroom and kitchen and in some rehabs you dont, how do you determine that decision.
The cabinets/supplier we use in Atlanta has vanity lines of cabinets in addition to kitchen lines of cabinets, and they match fairly closely. In Milwaukee, our kitchen cabinet supplier doesn’t carry a matching line of vanities, so we buy non-matching vanities for most of our Milwaukee rehabs. In addition, while I love when the kitchen and baths match, sometimes you want a more custom look in the bathrooms.
Do you have any BEFORE pictures of this house? I love to see the changes you make on all your houses.

Does your wife stage your homes out there as well?
Hey Todd –
Unfortunately, we didn’t get before pics of this one…

Hi Tim,
Nope…we have another stager who is local.
