House #9: Final Pictures

June 15, 2009 · 1 comment

As I mentioned last week, The Hat Trick House is on the market. In the past week or so, we’ve had a good number of buyers through the house, and while everyone loves the house, there is still the pesky little issue that most of the buyers aren’t enamored with the neighborhood. I’m still convinced this one will sell in the next few weeks, so I’m not overly concerned, but after the little break-in last week, I’d love to get rid of this one as quickly as possible.

I promised some final staging pictures from this house, so here you go

You’ll notice there are no good living room photos…that’s because we still don’t have living room furniture in the house. The living room set that would normally go with this set of staging furniture was sold as part of The DIY House, and we still haven’t replaced it.

My wife and I are both hoping we can get this one sold before we feel the need to go out and buy new living room furniture… 🙂

Another great fix. It always amazes me how areas completely affect house prices. This house in the right neighborhood would easily go for 300k. Ah well. Good luck on the sale.
