Yes, that’s right, rehab is complete two days after my post that The Red Garage House is on the market…
As I mentioned in that post, we still needed a double window replaced, and still needed the staging complete. Well, yesterday the window got replaced. And today the staging got completed…
We were hesitant to take the furniture out of The Second Chance House to use in this house, but after spending some time speaking with the The Second Chance House buyers, talking to their mortgage broker (our guy) and finalizing the property survey for the property (the buyers want to build a garage on the property, and wanted to make sure they had the room), we’re confident that the closing should go smoothly and that THIS TIME we wouldn’t have to put it back on the market.
So, we moved all the furniture today, and got the house completely ready for buyer showings…
Unfortunately, it was getting dark by the time we finished, so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to take final staging pictures and get them posted…
Sorry for the boring post, but after moving furniture in the rain all day, I’m exhausted!
