We finally put The WI-3 House on the market this weekend…
It was a much longer rehab than we had anticipated, but that’s because we’re still working out the kinks on long-distance rehabbing and are now spread between multiple cities. That said, after about $14,000 in foundation work and a full cosmetic make-over, this 80 year old house looks awesome!

I don’t expect we’ll be making a ton of money on this one (we expect about a 10% ROI), but hopefully it will be a quick sale and the continued lessons about long-distance rehabbing have been invaluable.
