House #43: Project Diary

June 6, 2013 · 5 comments

I’ve decided to create a day-by-day “diary” of The Tear-Down House project…it contains every detail of the project in a day-by-day format, including links to schedules, budgets, pictures, videos, bids, invoices, etc.

In order to get it in front of the widest audience, I’m doing it via a thread on BiggerPockets.com. If you’re interested in following, here’s the link:

Diary of a New Construction Project

I hope you enjoy and find it useful!

i wish it was a true “diary” and not a thread where people respond with opinions, questions, suggestions, pleas for advice.

i want to read just your postings in that thread, not other people’s.

Awesome! This is obviously a very popular thread on BP – tons of people commenting / asking questions. Is there a way to see ONLY your daily updates without having to scroll through tons of comments in between??? Your 123flip blog has spoiled us with easy to read info, and all those comments on BP make it hard to find where YOU are actually writing!

    Hey George,

I agree…once the thread is complete, I’ll likely assemble all my content into a single document that will be much easier to read!

    Hey T,

I agree. Like I just responded to George, once the thread is complete, I’ll likely assemble all my content into a single document that will be much easier to read…

Cool – I assumed that might be the case!
