We are almost finished rehabbing The Rot House…
We’ve completed all the major exterior repairs and all the interior remodeling, and we’ve passed all our county inspections. We may want to do some modifications to the front deck and repair a retaining wall on the side of the house, but decided that we would move forward with staging and listing the house prior to doing those things so we could get it on the market before the holiday.
