We’ve had so many houses going on that I haven’t provided much of an update on The Ticket House, which is already finished renovations and has been on the market for about a week now…
We stayed on budget and the house turned out great…here are some final STAGING pictures of the house:

Question for you… ever give a % of profit to a contractor? Im looking to have them become more a partner than contractor. Curious if you have tried this and if it worked? Hope to see you at the BiggerPockets conference…Im a big fan!
