As of this weekend, The Fourfecta House rehab is complete and the property is on the market (after rehab pictures coming soon!). The project went smoothly, though we ultimately decided to replace the bathroom vanities in both the master and the guest bathrooms, which pushed us over budget by a few hundred dollars.

Our original budget for this rehab was $15,000, and we ended up about $700 above that, mostly due to the $800 in new cabinetry. I’ll post some final pictures this week…
