We’re a couple weeks past the original closing date on the sale of The Leak House, but we just received the clear to close from the lender, which means it should get to the closing table this week…
The lender kept finding new things that they needed, and each turn-around of information was taking several days, which is why this got pushed out so far. But, the furniture is already out of the property (we thought it was going to close while we were gone on vacation) and it’s ready to get turned over to its new owners, so we’re excited about getting this one sold.
I’ll post the final analysis later this week after the closing…
