Staging #2: Pictures

December 4, 2009 · 7 comments

As I mentioned last week, shortly after finishing up the model apartment in Tallahassee, my wife got her second staging gig for a local investor. He asked her to stage his vacant 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in an upscale part of Atlanta, which he was hoping to put on the market this weekend…

My wife finished the house yesterday, and it looks fantastic! I expect the seller to be very happy (he saw it partially completed and was thrilled at that point)…hopefully he’ll get a quick sale…

Here are some pictures of the staged house:

Another very nice job, not surprisingly.

If this were one of your projects, I might have named it “the short people’s house.”
I’ve visited Buckhead homes, but none with ceilings this low! That’s a staging challenge, for sure.

The staging looks amazing in the pics but it looks even better in person… The deep reds and browns that are throughout the house give it a great look and theme… Carol did a great job with this house… It should really help the house sell quickly… :)

Wow! The shower looks like something from a Vegas hotel. I also like the counters, great work.

Great work! It’s amazing to see what a professional staging job can do to a property! Beautiful!

Ilove your wife’s work! Does she have recommended sites to help learn the art of staging….I am not a “natural” at this!
