I don’t have much new to report on the business front (I spent most of the week in Jury Duty, unfortunately)…so I thought I’d make a rare personal post…
I wanted to take a moment to announce a new member of the Lish Team…he (or she) will be joining us in about 7 months. I’d like to say that he (or she) will be contributing to our productivity and our profit margins, but in reality, all he (or she) will be doing for quite some time is eating, sleeping and crying.
We’re working on a 10-15 year training program to bring him (or her) up-to-speed on the business, and hopefully he (or she) will actually be able to contribute something worthwhile after that…the work will certainly be piling up…

You forgot something… He (or she) will, along with eating, sleeping and crying, be pooping and spitting up… A lot… I think, if he (or she) takes after you, he (or she) should be doing spreadsheets at five and walkthrough alalysis of houses at nine… I just hope he (or she) doesn’t take my job…
