Wow, is that yard as ‘huge’ as it seems (it appears that it’s a very deep lot!). Nicely done as always, the cabinets make the SS appliances ‘pop’! Good work!

I’ve been following your blog for awhile now, I must say you are a prime example what I believe most beginning real estate investors strive for. Your methodical approach to this business is inspirational and goes to show what can happen with a well thought out game plan. Sure you most probably hit some bumps along the way, but you kept learning and now enjoying the rewards of all that hard work. Good work young man!
