Sorry I haven’t posted much this week, but my desktop PC crashed, and it’s currently being repaired. Let this be a good reminder to everyone else to back up your computer…my not doing so anytime recently may cause me a lot of grief if I end up losing a bunch of data…
Anyway, a quick update on The Hat Trick House…
We are scheduled to close on Tuesday afternoon, and have already received the final HUD statement. Unbelievable considering we generally don’t see the HUD until an hour before closings these days.
Our profit on this one is likely be about $25K; I’ll post the final numbers and quick project recap after the closing next week…
