Nice job—-looking at before and after pics, makes a strong case for what can be done with an undesirable home. Keep on stroking. Video is a good snapshot of what a buyer/agent needs to see.

  2. Carol, does a fantastic job of talking through this. I know I would have fumbled a couple of times.

Did you take this with one of those Hero HD cameras? It looks amazing.

    Thanks Luis,

For this one, she used the Flip Video HD. Normally she uses an iPad. Both come out really good.

Great job on the video and Carol does an awesome job highlighting the selling points. Shes obviously a seasoned saleswoman!

My only advice and it may be a little picky is to maybe try zooming out a little on some of the shots. I know shes trying to go for the whole first person perspective thing as well as highlighting the little details, but a wide angle shot of a room can make it feel more open in some scenarios.

Again, awesome job and this thing will definitely sell fast! If in another world and I move down to Atlanta, I’ll definitely be knocking on your door for a house.

    Glenn –

We agree! The problem is that camera…it won’t zoom out any further! The iPad is a little bit better, which is why we use that most of the time…

Great Work, the quality of the video is excellent buyers should watch this video to learn that how someone can work hard in a home which is totally undesirable.

I do agree with you Glen I think since the camera can’t zoom out any more that’s why some shots are not clear and yes I pad could be a better option as it has zooming options ans picture quality is good as well.
