At The Beach…

The wife, the puppy, and I are at the beach for a few days, enjoying a nice little vacation…

With all your efforts, why are you not buying apartments 5 to 30 units? You know the economics.

We were in Savannah, just a few hours away from where we live…that way we could take the puppy with us, and make it a real family vacation…

As for why not apartments, it basically boils down to the fact that the market just isn’t good enough to buy yet. Cap rates are starting to trend up, vacancy rates are starting to trend down, and I have a feeling that in a year or two, apartment owners will be having the same issues homeowners are having now.

So, that will be the right time to buy, in my opinion…
