Since Market is changing what is your recommendation for people who still want to do flips? as you mentioned “trying out larger and more complex rehabs” you think that will work?
Congrats on the new books!!! I am just starting out to get into house flipping and build a Real Estate Empire for our retirement. This is a very extensive and worthwhile website. Sometimes you just don’t where to look. I want to eventually do this full time. Thank you for your time and giving us your knowledge.
My biggest recommendation is to focus on your marketing for properties. Don’t rely on the MLS anymore…get out there and start marketing/advertising for deals!
This should be a good book. I’m starting to see a lot of people are writing their own books today and that’s awesome! Looking forward threading your book.
