In current mortgage market, with so much equity in the Yellow Stain house, can&#039;t you get it rented and then refinance? Not saying you should, but am interested in cash buying strategies.

		<description>This is exactly how I am picking up my properties.  The primary buyer picks them up, fixes them and sells them to investors.  While he makes less per property, he sells them quicker and is able to turn more properties.
