I am 25 and I have had my Real Estate Linc. for a little over a year. With not much luck I only sold about 3 houses last year while working a part time job to keep a float. I finial broke down and got a 40hr a week job but still have my Real Estate Linc. I have my own house which i owe about 20k on. Its worth about 32 on paper. I have 12k in cash. I am in the process of getting a remodeling Linc. which my uncle has helped me learn the trade from drywall, flooring, roofing, siding,etc. I have an uncle who is a a Linc. Master in heating and cooling and will do work cheap about $2000-$2,500 for a new ac/heater installed. I have a long term friend that does plumbing cheap material plus $300-$600 for labor if i help less. I have a friend that is Linc. electrician and does good work cheap. I want to flip and have loved real estate for a long time about 9 years. I have a BA in Finance and Real Estate. I think I understand flipping and feel that i could be very good at it and could make good money consider the people I know and the work i can do myself. I need to learn more about capital gains tax but other than the tax issue i need mentors... HELP ME I have a question and not sure where to post it.
