What ever happened with this? Did you end up suing...

I'm digging this up because someone we know just had a huge disaster with a buyer as well. Just wondering how this ended.

I applaud you taking the steps that many folks wouldn't. Dirt bags will continue their shenanigans if someone doesn't put a stop to it. I hope all turns out well.

Hopefully they will see the light and do the deal your way. Nothing worse than having a deal go south and steal our time. Lawsuits; none of my buyers have a pot to..... The buyers agent should have a few shekels should you decide to litigate. But for me, life is to short, and phone calls from my lawyer get answered first. (hopefully for a simple lunch invite!)
I've run into a lot of really stressed agents in the last year. Stress seems to bring out the "anything for a deal" moments with them.

Thanks for updating the blog so quickly. You are definitely on the right track. Here's hoping that you get a new buyer ASAP.

WOW - sounds like an ordeal! After learning all the facts I think getting them out of escrow is a good decision. Hopefully, you can win in court.

Good luck, put the puppy back in escrow...
